Workzoo is a service job seekers hire to prepare and submit their applications. Our members authorize us to complete and submit applications in their name, using their own information, to postings they've matched with — very often on employers' own career pages, where postings live. An application from a Workzoo member is that person's genuine application, filed with help, the same as if a career coach or a friend had sat beside them — just faster and better tracked.
Because members' materials are tailored per role and their facts are checked against their own records, applications arriving from Workzoo are complete, role-specific, and consistent — the resume, cover letter, and answers all describe the same person. And because members track everything in a dashboard, they respond to your messages with full context of what they sent you.
If an application looks wrong — a mismatch, a duplicate, anything that concerns you — tell us at hello@workzoo.ai with the posting and applicant details. We investigate member misuse and act on it, including ending accounts that break our terms.
