What we collect, what we do with it, and what we never do.

We use your information to run the service you signed up for: building your profile and Persona, finding matching jobs, tailoring and submitting your applications, showing your activity in your dashboard, processing payments, and answering your support messages. We also use aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve matching and fix problems.
When Workzoo submits an application, your application materials necessarily go to that employer or job platform — that is the service working as intended, under your authorization and the preferences you set. Beyond that, we share information only with the service providers who help us operate (such as payment processing, hosting, and email), under agreements that limit them to working on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the service may not work properly without them.
We keep your profile and application records while your account is active, so your dashboard history stays complete. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and standard industry practices to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you of a breach affecting your information as the law requires.
Workzoo is a job-search service for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.
If this policy changes materially, we'll announce it on this page before it takes effect. Questions or requests: hello@workzoo.ai.
