Short version first, details after — no fine-print games.

The short version: the Autopilot free trial costs nothing if you cancel inside it. Once a paid billing period has started — including the moment a trial converts — that period is not refundable. Cancelling is always free, stops all future renewals, and you keep the service until the paid period ends.
Autopilot starts with a 5-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial converts, you are charged nothing and owe nothing. The trial converts to a paid subscription when the 5 days end, or when your 11th application is submitted during the trial — whichever happens first — and from that point the rules below apply.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments for a billing period that has already begun are not refundable, in whole or in part — including when you cancel partway through a period, and including the first period charged after a free trial converts. We don't pro-rate or partially refund unused days within a period.
Cancelling takes effect immediately as a stop on future billing: your plan will not renew again. Your access continues unchanged until the last day of the period you've already paid for, and then ends. You can cancel in a couple of clicks from your account settings — no call, no chat, no retention script.
If you were ever charged because of a genuine error on our side — a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, a wrong amount — contact us and we will put it right, including a refund of the erroneous charge where one is due. Reach us at hello@workzoo.ai with the email address on your account and the date of the charge.
The free plan is free. There is nothing to refund, and you can simply stop using it at any time.
