The rules of the road for using Workzoo, in plain language.
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Workzoo is a subscription service that prepares and submits job applications on your behalf. Based on the profile, resume, and preferences you provide, our software finds matching job postings, tailors application materials, and submits applications to employers through job boards and company career pages. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information in your profile — including your work history, education, skills, work authorization, and the answers your Persona is built from. Applications are generated from what you give us; if your profile is wrong, the applications built on it will be wrong too. Keep your login credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
You may only apply for jobs for yourself (or for someone who has clearly authorized you to act for them), and only to positions you are genuinely eligible and willing to be considered for.
By using Workzoo, you authorize us to act as your agent for one narrow purpose: completing and submitting job applications, in your name, to third-party employer websites and job platforms, using the information in your profile. Those employers and platforms have their own terms and privacy practices, which also apply to your applications once submitted.
Employers make their own decisions. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any particular result, and an employer's silence or rejection is outside our control. You remain responsible for everything submitted in your name, so review your profile carefully — and use the approval queue (Unlimited) or your dashboard (any plan) to check what has been sent.
Workzoo offers a free plan and paid monthly plans (Unlimited and Autopilot), described on the pricing page. Paid plans are subscriptions: they bill in advance and renew automatically at the start of each new monthly period until you cancel. We may change plan features or prices; changes take effect from your next renewal after we notify you, and continuing the service after that point means you accept them.
Autopilot begins with a 5-day free trial. Unless you cancel during the trial, your plan converts to a paid monthly subscription at the trial's end and your payment method is charged. The trial also converts early — at the moment your 11th application is submitted — if that happens before the 5 days are up. One free trial per person. Cancel inside the trial and you are charged nothing.
You may turn off auto-renew at any time from your account settings. Doing so stops future renewals — it does not stop your current period early or make it refundable. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and charges for a period that has already started are handled under our refund policy.
We may pause or end accounts that break these rules, and we may decline to submit applications that appear fraudulent.
Job boards and employer sites change constantly; matching, tailoring, and submission features may vary as those sites change, and the service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for hiring decisions made by employers or for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page (and, where practical, by email) before they take effect; using the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
